HansiSeal® PU 2104S is a self-leveling, filler-reinforced 2-component polyurethane-based casting compound used for the production of filter elements.
The product does not contain any halogenated or abrasive fillers. It cures without visible shrinkage and is extremely strong when cured.
HansiSeal® PU 2104S is used as a casting compound in the food industry. It can be used as a filter material.

This product was developed to replace epoxy resins containing bisphenol A.
In addition, the material has excellent adhesion to metals, ABS, PVC, wood and PU foams.
Product preparation:
Filled resin components must be stirred before processing.
Product application:
Optimum strength is achieved with uniform product layer thicknesses of up to approx. 200 µm.
Curing conditions:
The optimal processing temperature is between 15 and 30 °C. The product hardens at a room temperature above 15 °C. The curing time can be reduced by heat curing up to 60 °C.
