HansiBond® EP 4711 is a two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin, primarily used for bonding body parts. HansiBond® EP 4711 exhibits excellent adhesion to bare steel sheet, aluminum, and galvanized steel. The product is free of silicones, isocyanates, and solvents, and has very good chemical resistance to solvents and oils.
Highly recommended for bonding roofs, sills, bumper and side panels.

Our specially developed formula creates an impact-resistant product that provides excellent adhesion to various substrates, particularly metals.
It is characterized by its corrosion protection and high strength.
Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dust and contaminants.
Curing conditions:
The adhesive cures at a room temperature above 15°C. The curing time can be reduced by heat curing up to 60°C. The bonded component must remain fixed until initial strength is achieved. Final strength is reached after several days.
Typically, these adhesives reach their final strength (Endfestigkeit) after curing for 2 days at 23°C or 30 minutes at 80°.
Storage conditions:
The product must be stored at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
