HansiBond® SMP 667 is a one-component, stable adhesive and sealant based on a silane-modified polymer for indoor and outdoor use, which crosslinks with air humidity to form an elastic material. HansiBond® SMP 667 can also be processed as a boosted material using a mixing and dosing system. This product is label-free!
HansiBond® SMP 667 is a universally applicable adhesive and sealant that can be used for elastic bonding of metals, glass, plastics and coated surfaces, e.g. for side and roof coverings for vehicle and caravan construction.

Our universal SMP adhesive and sealant is distinguished by its exceptional initial adhesion to almost all standard and painted substrates. It offers outstanding resistance to UV exposure and direct contact with water.
This product can be painted over, making it highly suitable for renovation work.
HansiBond® SMP 667 can also be processed as a boosted material.
For enhanced adhesion and resistance, our Primer technology® A24 can be used.
We recommend HansiCleaner® G110 as a smoothing agent for this product.
Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil,
dust and contaminants.
Curing conditions:
The optimal processing window is between 20 and 30 °C and 40 to 70% relative humidity. Below 15 °C, the curing times are significantly longer.
The elastic properties of the adhesive can only be achieved if the adhesive is applied in sufficient thickness. This depends on the level of mechanical stress. Typical adhesive thicknesses are between 1 and 5 mm.
Storage conditions:
The product must be stored at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
